• Auditorium Gates Open: 09:30 A.M (IST) – Only for registered attendees with physical entry passes allotted post security clearance and registration completion
• Entry and Attendee Registration Check-in Policy: Attendees are requested to complete their registration before 10:20 A.M (IST), as the registration check-in process will close at 10:25 A.M. (IST).

Registration Process

The event registration form can be accessed here. To be approved as an attendee, complete the payment of 999/- INR to UPI ID: “MAHINDRAUNIVERSITY@icici” and await confirmation.

Registration opens at 06:00 P.M. (IST) on Wednesday, 19 February 2025, and closes upon reaching 100 capacity.

Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Entry Rules and Regulations

• Attendee registration check-in is between 09:30 A.M and 10:25 A.M.
• Entry will be denied without a confirmed email registration or valid ticket.
• Government-approved ID cards are mandatory for verification.
• Exiting is permitted only during designated lunch and tea breaks. Re-entry during sessions is not allowed.
• No refund, cancellation, transfer, or resale of tickets is permitted.

Identity & Ticket Verification

• Identity Verification: Government Approved Photo IDs, Mahindra University IDs
• Accepted IDs: Aadhar Card (Original/eAadhar via DigiLocker), Passport, PAN Card
• Email Confirmation: Show the original email confirmation from Luma with a QR code.

Terms and Conditions

• Each ticket admits one attendee only.
• Registrations are subject to verification.
• Late attendees may not be guaranteed seating.
• Attendee passes must be kept for access to lunch and other conference deliverables.
• Food and beverages are only for ticketed attendees.
• Parking: Students use Multi-level Parking, faculty use regular parking.
• Misconduct may lead to removal from the venue without a refund.
• No flash photography or video recording allowed.
• No illegal substances, alcohol, or weapons permitted.
• The organiser is not responsible for personal belongings.
• No refunds for no-shows; tickets are non-transferable.
