Rajesh had the good fortune of studying Business Management at Sri Sathya Sai Institute, Columbia Business School, and Harvard Business School. His 25 years of experience has been with Businesses that leveraged Technology to redefine business models and customer experiences in Independent Power Generation, Telecom, Information Technology, and Information Technology Enabled Services sectors. Rajesh has perfected the art of simplifying emerging/new age technologies, making them understandable and relevant for Global Business Executives. This propelled him to be a most sought after Technology & Business speaker both in India & Globally; he has been featured, both Print & Television, by Forbes, Economic Times, Business World, CIO Today, Entrepreneur India, World Economic Forum, CNBC TV18, BBC, NDTV, India Today and others.

He debuted as a TEDx speaker in the year 2016, where his TEDxHyderabad talk "Blockchain Revolution" has resonated with tens of thousands of people and also paved the way for a deep understanding of Blockchain technology in India. He was instrumental in setting up the Blockchain Special Interest Group for Nasscom to drive adoption of Blockchain & Web 3 technologies in India and also create an ecosystem of well-trained IT workforce from India.

Rajesh is the recipient of several prestigious awards like Most Inspirational Web 3 Leader 2023, Asia’s 100 Power Leaders in Technology 2022, Tech Mahindra’s Role Model of the Year 2023, Mahindra’s Future Shaper 2022. He has also received recognition from Mr. Anand Mahindra on X as a Force of Nature.

He is an ardent cyclist, winning the title of Randonneur for cycling 208+ kms in under 10 hours. Post COVID, he replaced cycling with Sudarshan Kriya, Surya namaskars, and Yoga for physical & mental wellbeing. Apart from pursuing a PhD at Mahindra University, he enjoys reading, watching Mythology, History, Cosmology & Animal Kingdom and also exploring new places, cuisines with his wife Satya.
