Shrinivas C.S. born to Rajalakshmi & Sathyanarayana Rao in Davanagere, karnataka (1966), has dedicated his life and energy for two and half decades, towards Enhancing the capabilities of children in Learning and Enriching the Mind frames of Teachers towards Teaching-Learning Process. He has completed his Bio-Sciences degree from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and then served in the Pharmaceutical industry for 12 years. Both parents being Primary school teachers, shifting to Education sector was quite natural to Shrinivas, when he responded to his inner calling, in the year 2000.2001-2008 Established ‘SPACE Academy’ a center to create confident Self Learners, Shrinivas designed a program “TURNING POINT” and 800+ 10th grade children and helped them secure Distinction grade, whether they were from STATE Board, CBSE or ICSE boards. He has visited 300+ schools in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Arunachala Pradesh and Andhrapradesh. He shifted to Teachers Training, when his Mentor offered to Coach him personally and has helped setting up and training of Teachers in 5 CBSE schools in Karnataka. His Life journey accelerated further in the Education sector, when he understood the most often ignored FACT that first Demonstrating and then monitoring of the various components of Teacher Training is a Faster-Better way to ensure implementation at classroom levels, began designing, defining and demonstrating ’Superior Teaching Patterns’ module for schools that were committed to Transform their Teaching-Learning Process.

Effectively utilizing this module enhanced his engagement with schools towards Annual work contracts, towards achieving agreed results as well as outcomes. He has successfully ensured 100% students scoring First Class and more in 5 schools. A firm proponent of the ‘Siddhantha’ that Accelerated Learning is very much possible, but only becomes practical after Learning has actually happened through laying down Specific and Measurable Foundations.
